Taxi-Screen Advertising Costs in Nairobi: Plan Your First Campaign
Start with the decision that matters: how much airtime do you need, and what evidence will tell you the campaign ran?
Plan your campaign
If you run a business in Nairobi, the useful question is not simply whether outdoor advertising is affordable. It is what you can buy within your budget, what the package includes and how you will judge the result. This guide explains Active Vision Media’s own taxi-screen packages. It is not a survey of every advertising company in Kenya.
Decide what you want a customer to do
Choose one action before choosing a package. A restaurant might want reservations for a weekend offer. A shop might promote a product collection and its location. A tour operator might want enquiries about a specific itinerary. A clear next step makes the creative easier to understand and gives you something to measure beyond screen activity.
Our standard online packages
Trial Day: KES 385 for one digital screen for one day, with campaign reporting. This trial does not include dashboard access or a relationship manager. 1 Week: KES 11,850 for ten screens over seven days. The published package includes dashboard access and a campaign and engagement report. Weekend Takeover: KES 23,500 for one hour on Saturday and one hour on Sunday with 100% share of voice during those windows. The package includes a creative advert and a campaign and engagement report. Monthly packages for twenty screens over thirty days: Standard KES 72,000; Premium KES 94,000; High Lead Generation KES 143,000. Each published tier includes campaign reporting and dashboard access. Compare its current inclusions before choosing. These are our standard package prices as checked on 19 October 2026, not guaranteed future prices or market-wide averages. The weekly and weekend packages may show an existing online checkout offer. The booking page displays the current price and any offer expiry. The trial is excluded, and the monthly tier prices are final: the 30% checkout offer does not apply to them. Compare the final package total before accepting a payment request.
What you are paying for
Screen count, duration and share of voice describe different parts of a booking. More screens increases the allocation of displays; more days extends the run; share of voice describes your proportion of the advertising loop. A normal shared-loop booking does not mean that your advert is continuously on screen. The weekend takeover is a defined exclusive window, rather than an entire weekend of exclusive airtime.
Choose a test you can learn from
A one-day trial can help you check how your creative appears and examine delivery evidence. It cannot establish reliable long-term sales lift on its own. A longer campaign gives you more time to observe response, but spending more does not guarantee purchases. Set a budget that you can evaluate without relying on an unverified audience or revenue promise. Write down the package, total cost and intended customer action. Use a dedicated landing page, offer code or enquiry question to help identify responses. Agree the intended dates, locations and artwork requirements with our team. Review proof-of-play separately from enquiries, orders and any estimated audience figures.
Before you pay
You can compare packages without registering an account. In checkout, review the selected package, supply booking contact details, choose M-Pesa or card and accept the booking terms. You may upload artwork or arrange it afterward. Dates, locations and artwork are coordinated with our team after payment, so payment is not a promise that an advert begins immediately. For a fixed-date event, clarify the arrangements before committing. Keep your order reference. If a payment result is delayed, check that order or contact support before trying another payment. For a campaign beyond these published packages, ask for a written scope that identifies the screen allocation, dates, share of voice, creative work and reporting included.
Can I try one screen for a day?
The published Trial Day is KES 385 for one screen for one day with campaign reporting. Dashboard access and a relationship manager are not included.
Does the package price guarantee sales?
No. Airtime and delivery reporting do not guarantee enquiries, unique viewers or sales. Measure customer response separately.
